It is a condition of registration that you read and abide by the following stated rules and conditions.

• Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
• You agree not to post rude, insulting, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory comments.
• You agree to post only in English language.
• You agree not to post with less than five (5) words.
• You agree not to make multiple posts in succession of low quality.
• You agree not to post with nonsensical or unrelated content.
• You agree not to post content obtained from another site without citing the source.
• You agree not to post about rule infractions. Using the "Report this post" (!) is the correct procedure for infractions.
• You agree any original content posted may be used by "Rest of the Net" in any manner without obligation.
• You agree not to exploit any bugs and security holes and report them immediately to the Report issues forum.

Advertising and Solicitation

• You agree not to post a link to any Web site which you are associated with unless you are deemed a Representative of that site or a Sponsor. Referral links are not allowed.
• You agree not to send unsolicited private messages to members with any advertising.
• You agree not to include more than three (3) links in your signature.
• Your signature may not exceed the dimensions 600x200 in size.

Zero tolerance will be imposed on the following infractions resulting in IP ban, all posts removed and account deletion:

• Posts which are not in English.
• Linking to non-English websites in either posts or signatures.
• Linking to dating, pharmaceuticals or sex websites in either posts or signatures.

Disputes with rules, moderators, warnings and bans may be posted only at Dispute Resolution forum.

"Rest of the Net" is not responsible for any content posted by users.

"Rest of the Net" reserves the right to remove any post for that is in violation of Rules and Conditions without notice.

We reserve the right to update and modify these rules and conditions as the needs of the community dictate to ensure the smooth operation of this community.
